It is another famous landmark which was built at the end of the XIX century. For those visiting Kiev it will be hard to refuse a leisurely stroll along renowned Khreshchatyk, the main street of the city. Also in Kiev there is the famous Motherland Monument which, because of its size, can be seen even from the farthest spot of the city. Ukrainian people love their country though life in the Ukraine has never been easy.
