Reuters reports: “Swiss logistics group Kuehne & Nagel is ready to talk with Panalpina (PWTN.S) about a potential takeover of its smaller rival, Chief Executive Detlef Trefzger told Swiss newspaper Finanz & Wirtschaft.”
