Dutch company acquires LPartner, a leading Brazilian Freight Spend company

ControlPay announces that it has bought 100% of the shares of LPartner, a Freight Audit provider in Campinas, SP, Brazil. This acquisition allows ControlPay to better serve the growing Brazilian market and the wider Latin-American region. LPartner adds valuable local knowledge and experience to ControlPay next to an impressive customer portfolio.
